Campus Technology

The law school technology department maintains all law school computers and information technologies. It supports the hardware, software, and network used by the faculty and staff, manages web sites, assists in administering computer assisted exams. We can be contacted by emailing help@law.ua.edu, calling (205) 348-4347 (between 8am and 4:45pm), or by visiting us in Room 132.

UALAW Wireless

Law School Wifi information for logging computers and devices in to the UALAW Wireless Network. (Visitors should check with their contact for limited guest access)

Wireless Printing for printing for Apple and Windows laptops or other devices to the labs in the law building.

Exams
Go to www.examsoft.com/alabamalaw to download Examsoft. Click on “New User Signup” if you have not used examsoft before. If you are having problems logging into Examsoft, drop by our office in room 132 and we can reset your password or look up your username.

Student Laptops
The technology department in room 132 will assist students in connecting their computers to the network, and provide assistance and troubleshooting when possible. Purchasing Advice and Policies | Laptop security

University of Alabama OIT
The Office of Information Technology is located in Gordon Palmer Hall. OIT handles the MyBama system, Crimson.ua.edu email accounts and provides the law school with Internet connectivity.
