Student Practice Cards
Many states have a rule that allows third-year law students to represent clients if they are supervised by a practicing lawyer.
Students who are interested in applying for a practice card with the Alabama State Bar should contact the Law School Clinic office for assistance. Students interested in applying for a Practice Card in any other jurisdiction should contact the Registrar’s Office.
