Alabama Law professor, Adam Steinman, joined professors Helen Hershkoff, Arthur R. Miller, Alan B. Morrison, and John E. Sexton in writing an amicus brief that was recently cited by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in the Douglass v. Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha decision.
