Professor Ron Krotoszynski’s monograph Free Speech as Civic Structure: A Comparative Analysis of How Courts and Culture Shape the Freedom of Speech (Oxford University Press 2024) was nominated for the 2024 Book of the Year by the International Forum on the Future of Constitutionalism.

Finalists were selected by an Expert Council consisting of seven constitutional scholars from around the world. The award recognizes the most important books published in constitutional studies over the past year. Additional information is available on Professor Richard Albert’s (Texas Law) Constitutional Law blog The Leaflet.

In addition to the recent publication of Free Speech as Civic Structure, Professor Krotoszynski has an edited volume titled Disinformation, Misinformation, and Democracy: Legal Approaches in Comparative Context that will be published in Cambridge University Press later this year.
