Professor Luke Herrine was interviewed by several major news outlets regarding student debt relief. His commentary is highlighted in Time, MarketWatch, and New York Magazine, along with several additional outlets.
Professor Julie Hill published her article, From Cannabis to Crypto: Federal Reserve Discretion in Payments, in the Iowa Law Review.
Professor Ronald Krotoszynski recently published an article in the Journal of Constitutional Law titled Common Law Constitutionalism and the Protean First Amendment.
Professor Benjamin McMichael recently co-authored an Op-Ed in the DC Journal titled The ‘ICAN’ Act May Help With Healthcare Shortages, But We Need More. His research was also credited in a Tradeoffs podcast, More Hospitals Move to Confront Medical Errors Head On.
Professor Shalini Ray presented a work in progress at a faculty colloquium at Cardozo School of Law in New York City. She also began her three-year term as a Council Member for the ABA Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice section and moderated a session of “Power in the Administrative State,” a workshop series created by Prof. Brian D. Feinstein at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Professor Fred Vars, along with Ian Ayres (Yale Law School), wrote an op-ed for the LA Times about the Supreme Court’s recent gun rights case. Vars published another op-ed in The Hill about the Supreme Court’s newly-adopted Code of Ethics. Earlier in November, Vars was mentioned in a BBC program titled People Fixing The World: Stopping Suicide. The segment discusses Donna’s Law-bipartisan gun safety legislation that allows vulnerable individuals to take precautions to protect themselves from gun-related suicide.
