Hannah McPhillips joined the Law School as the Employer Outreach Coordinator in 2025, leveraging her expertise in development, operations, and community engagement. As Employer Outreach Coordinator, she fosters relationships with legal employers to create meaningful career opportunities for students.
She holds a Master of Arts in kinesiology with a focus in human performance and a Bachelor of Science in health science with a minor in biology, both from The University of Alabama. Her prior roles include Director of Development for the DCH Foundation, Facility Manager for the Tuscaloosa County Park and Recreation Authority, and Director of Operations for Crimson Tide Sports Marketing.
