Dargan Ware is a 2013 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law. After clerking for the Honorable L. Scott Coogler in Tuscaloosa, he has spent his entire legal career working in the field of consumer protection at Davis & Norris, LLP in Birmingham. Professor Ware has taught civil trial advocacy and bar review at Miles Law School in Fairfield, Alabama, and will be teaching consumer protection at Alabama Law beginning in the fall of 2026. In addition to his legal pursuits he is a published poet and novelist and two-day Jeopardy! Champion.
