Hope Chandler earned her B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Creative Writing), summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama’s New College in 2015, her M.L.I.S. from the University of Alabama’s School of Library and Information Studies in 2022, and her Certificate in Museum Studies from the University of Alabama’s Department of Anthropology in 2022. She has held positions in both public and academic libraries, interned at the Alabama Museum of Natural History Collections, the Mildred Westervelt Warner Transportation Museum, and the University of Alabama Press, and occupied various editorial roles on the literary journal The Pitkin Review. She currently has an unfinished M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Goddard College, which she plans to complete in the near future.
