Delaware Becomes the Fourth State to Enact Donna’s Law

Last week, Delaware became the fourth state to pass Donna’s Law, a bipartisan gun safety measure developed by Professor Fred Vars. This legislation allows vulnerable individuals to take proactive steps to protect themselves from gun-related suicide. Donna’s Law has already been enacted in Washington, Virginia, and Utah.
