During the 50 |150 Anniversaries, we are looking back to honor the many persons -dedicated faculty, splendid students, and accomplished alumni -who have made the School of Law what it is today. We are recounting historic moments of progress, sustaining the increased matriculation of women and minority students at Alabama Law, and reflecting on the pain caused by our exclusion of Black students and faculty during the first century of our existence. Together, we are mourning the loss of beloved mentors and friends, and we are celebrating our rise to national stature. This is our history.
