Alabama Law Review – Managing Editor

LAW 891 | 1-6 Hours

The Managing Editor (ME) is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ALR and works closely with the EIC in every aspect of the Journal process. The ME, with assistance from the EIC, is responsible for setting the Journal’s timeline, including deadlines for the editorial process. The ME is also responsible for balancing the budget, maintaining the office, and coordinating social events and boosting morale among the Journal members. This course will be graded Pass/D/Fail. This course is only open to students who are serving in the listed role on the designated journal.
