LAW 792 | 2-3 Hours
In this seminar, students will discuss cases that not only affected the litigants but also had a greater impact on those around them and on society as a whole. While the first month of the course will focus on cases that came before Judge Coogler, later sessions will include cases that were decided by other judges. For their final paper, students will analyze an impactful case of their choosing, focusing less on the legal analysis of the case and more on its lasting impact.
