Securities Regulation

A basic course in the federal regulation of securities, emphasizing disclosure and other requirements for initial public offerings, exemptions from these requirements, and the antifraud rules, including insider trading. The course will also consider securities regulation on the state level. LAW 645 – Business Organizations is a pre-requisite (with concurrency) for this course.
