This course focuses on advanced brief writing and oral advocacy at the appellate level. This course is open to second-year students participating in the 2L Moot Court Competition. This course will be graded Pass/D/Fail. This course is only open to 2L students. Interested students should contact the Director of the Moot Court competition for additional information.
