Legal Research/Writing II

LAW 648 | 2 Hours

This course focuses on teaching students to make persuasive legal arguments on behalf of a fictional client. Students prepare multiple drafts of a brief, and they must incorporate extensive feedback from their professor on their drafts. Students also learn to present oral arguments. Throughout this course, students receive instruction on developing their professional identity. Absent special circumstances, this course is open only to first year students.
