Trial Advocacy Competition Class

LAW 629 | 2-3 Hours

This course serves as the gateway course for students to be placed on the National Trial Advocacy Competition Team. This course provides students in-depth and intensive training in the trial skills necessary to successfully participate as members of our inter-school trial competition teams. Enrollment is capped at 20 students and is limited to those students who receive and accept invitations following tryouts. This course cannot be taken by students who have previously taken either Trial Advocacy: Civil or Trial Advocacy: Criminal. This course is classified as experiential. This course will be graded Pass/D/Fail. Students are only allowed to enroll in this course with approval from the Director of Trial Advocacy.

Prerequisite(s): Mutual Exclusion: LAW 664 and LAW 604
