LAW 603 | 4 Hours
An examination of substantive criminal law, its origin, and its sources; the elements of crime; defenses; and interpretation of criminal statutes. Also discussed are offenses against the person and property, those offenses involving specific intent, and public welfare offenses. Absent special circumstances, this course is open only to first year students.
