Professor Shalini Bhargava Ray recently moderated a session at the 2022 Administrative Law Conference, sponsored by the ABA’s Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice section. The session, “Judicial Review of Agency Guidance in Immigration Law and Beyond,” featured Brad Banias, a former government attorney now in private practice, Bed Eidelson of Harvard, Shruti Rana of Indiana University-Bloomington, Bijal Shah of Boston College, and Shoba Wadhia of Penn State.
