![Barnard Hall](//law.ua.edu/wp-content/uploads/archive/main/Barnard-Hall-768x512-1.jpeg) In collaboration with the [50 | 150 Anniversaries](/anniversaries/), Bounds Law Library Special Collections has released an article titled *Early Foundations &amp; Formative Years.* This piece is the first in a series designed to carry readers through highlights from 150 years of history at Alabama Law. Covering incidents, developments, and personalities dating from the 1840s (which saw the earliest efforts to found the School of Law) until the deanship of Albert Farrah in 1913, [the first article is available on the Bounds Law Library Special Collections Blog, Litera Scripta](/specialcollections/2022/12/16/early-foundations-and-formative-years/).
