In annual law school rankings released today, US News and World Report ranked Alabama Law #7 among all US law schools — #2 among public institutions — for the percentage of graduates employed in federal judicial clerkships. This ranking comes on the heels of data recently reported to the ABA showing a 10-month employment rate of 98.6% for the Class of 2025; an ultimate, 2-year bar passage rate of 99.15%; and first-time bar passage results of 95.24% for the Class of 2025 — placing Alabama Law 6th nationally (by weighted average).

Alabama Law remains a national leader in providing its students an outstanding, affordable legal education that produces excellent attorneys. Law Crossing recently named Alabama Law #5 among all US law schools for best return on investment, reflecting the Law School’s commitment to ensuring its graduates don’t enter the workforce with an unmanageable debt-load — even as they secure meaningful employment. Alabama Law students had the best salary-to-debt ratio upon graduation among public US law schools, and the Law School received an A+ “Best Value” grade from The National Jurist.
